This privacy policy applies to the Rack Star (also distributed as Rack Star Training) app for mobile devices and web browsers, together with any related services operated by Shynnergy, LLC (collectively, the "Application"). Shynnergy, LLC is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include details such as:
When you create an account or sign in to sync your training progress across devices (for example, via Google Sign-In), we collect your name, email address, unique authentication identifier, and avatar URL provided by the identity provider. This information is stored securely on our backend servers solely to manage your account, authenticate your sessions, and synchronize your practice data and drill history.
If you choose to upload or customize a profile picture within the Application, we may request permission to access your device camera or photo library. We store and process your selected photo solely to display your avatar in the app interface. We do not use your photos for facial recognition or biometric identification, nor do we sell or disclose them to third-party advertising networks.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may utilize cookies, tokens, device identifiers, and similar technologies to support authentication, offline caching, and feature telemetry. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will seek your prior consent for non-essential tracking.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at shynnergy@gmail.com.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion of personal information, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Application is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact shynnergy@gmail.com so we can immediately delete such data.
We provide administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encrypted HTTPS/TLS communications, authenticated API tokens, and restricted database access—to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
